Walker Morris has advised Endless on its recent deal to acquire the specialist vehicle conversion company, O&H Conversions Group.
O&H are one of the leading vehicle converters in the UK. Established in 1988 the East Yorkshire-based company specialises in Patient Transport Service ambulances, front line A&E ambulance vehicles, Wheelchair Access Vehicles and Welfare vehicles.
Specialist lawyers Debbie Jackson and Michael Taylor with support from Judith Pike in Real Estate, Gabrielle Berks in Finance and Rebecca Austin-Heath and Charlotte Radcliffe in Corporate, advised Endless, who have agreed to refinance the group as well as provide additional working capital for the business as part of the transaction.
Andrew Smith, who joined Endless in May 2016 as the Head of its Leeds office, will support the O&H management team led by Peter Van Smirren.
