In a cross-bor­der trans­fer Ori­flame Cos­met­ics Global S.A., Lux­em­bourg has trans­ferred cer­tain as­sets to Ori­flame Cos­met­ics AG.

In the frame­work of a group-wide re­or­ga­ni­za­tion Ori­flame Cos­met­ics Global S.A., Lux­em­bourg, suc­cess­fully trans­ferred cer­tain as­sets, no­tably in­tel­lec­tual prop­erty rights, in a com­plex cross-bor­der trans­fer under the Swiss Merger law and equiv­a­lent Lux­em­bourg leg­is­la­tion to Ori­flame Cos­met­ics AG, Schaffhausen and thereby in­creased the share cap­i­tal of Ori­flame Cos­met­ics AG.
