VINCI Energies acquires through its Swiss group company Axians IT&T AG the division ICT Public (Ruf Informatik AG and W&W Informatik AG) from the Ruf Group. Ruf Informatik and W&W Informatik will be present under the trademark Axians Ruf. The divisions ICT Transportation and ICT Enterprises are not part of the transaction and remain within the Ruf Group.
