Rieker Investment AG, Switzerland, has taken over the majority of the shares of Abraxos Holding AG (parent company of the Meister Abrasives Group). The Meister Abrasives Group is one of the leading manufacturers of precision internal grinding tools, particularly in the automotive sector and the semiconductor industry. The products are available around the world via branch sales offices in the US, Italy, Hong Kong and China, as well as via international licensees and sales partners.
