On 27 September 2018, Initiative & Finance, a leading French private equity player, dedicated to the financing and the transmission of SMEs in France, Belgium and Switzerland, and Capital Transmission, an investment company founded in 2008 belonging to the Geneva Cantonal Bank and the objective of which is to financially assist companies and entrepreneurs, have invested in the capital of INOMED Technology SA Courtelary.
