Law firm Walker Morris is continuing to expand its nationally leading Energy, Infrastructure & Government Team with the appointment of Victoria Bradley as a Director.

Victoria joins the Walker Morris team which has advised on over £3 billion worth of projects in the last three years, delivering nationally significant infrastructure and energy projects around the UK.

Victoria has considerable experience advising both private and public sector organisations on complex commercial agreements in the infrastructure and renewable energy sector.

She joins the team from law firm Addleshaw Goddard. However, prior to that spent 8 years in-house and so brings a wealth of commercial experience, understanding the commercial realities in which clients operate. Her in-house experience includes time at Iwhich became one of the largest equity funds within the secondary PFI market.  Subsequently, she was an Investment Director for Barclays Infrastructure Funds Management where she focused on portfolio management of SPVs, acted as non-executive director on the boards of project companies and managed relationships with lenders, shareholders, public sector clients and building and operating sub-contractors to maximise project performance.

The Walker Morris team recently advised MVV Environment Services Limited on its 25 year residual waste treatment project with Dundee City Council and Angus Council and also advised Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council on its Glassworks Scheme – a complex two stage urban regeneration project to deliver economic development and were also recently appointed to advise a Northern University on the provision of a new energy centre.
