Trowers & Hamlins had retained 86 per cent of its trainees due to qualify in spring 2018
Six out of its seven final-seaters will take up newly-qualified roles with the firm, across the commercial property, corporate commercial, projects/construction, and real estate teams.
Three of the qualifiers will be based in the firm’s London office, with two in Manchester and one in Exeter.
Elsewhere, Mayer Brown has kept on all four of its qualifiers. Two join the litigation team, one goes to corporate and one to tax.

The two firms are the first to reveal their trainee retention figures for this spring.
