Anglo-German biopharmaceutical company Trigen has recruited Eversheds lawyer Justin Penman as its new head of legal. As Trigen’s sole in-house counsel Penman has overall responsibility for all legal matters, including protecting Trigen’s confidential information; liaising with external counsel and the company’s patent and trademark attorneys; and general contract negotiation and management. Trigen has operations in London and Munich.
