TLT is to launch three new training contracts from September, supporting growth in its regional offices.

The Bristol-headquartered firm will take two trainees in its Manchester office, which opened for business last year, (6 Jun 2013) and one in Belfast, which opened in 2012.

Trainee principal Richard Hayllar said: “TLT has expanded significantly in the last two years. It’s a natural progression to expand our trainee programme to match our growing UK footprint.

“Our focus remains on providing an open, supportive and friendly environment for trainees, and one that offers real practical hands-on client experience from day one.”

TLT’s turnover rose by 11.6 per cent over the 2012/13 financial year from £44.5m to £49.6m. Managing partner David Pester said that the firm was targeting another £5m worth of growth during 2013/14 and confirmed that it was looking to acquire other firms and open to mergers.

Key areas of growth included financial services, which contributed 38 per cent of revenue, and leisure and retail, adding 20 per cent and 10 per cent respectively.

TLT now has 16 trainee positions annually across its offices in Bristol, London, Manchester, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
