TLT has advised long-standing client Sussex Place Ventures, a London-based venture capital investor, on its further investment in Kimble Applications alongside Accel-KKR, a leading Silicon Valley investment firm.
Kimble Applications is one of the world’s leading professional services automation (PSA) providers. Its PSA software is the first to integrate augmented intelligence, allowing customers to identify patterns in performance data and recommending likely remedies.
The investment will be invaluable in helping Kimble Applications to continue its ambitious growth plans. The capital will further drive Kimble’s rapid expansion, including in product development and marketing initiatives in the US and Canada.
The TLT team advising on the deal was led by corporate partner Jon Gill, assisted by corporate associate Bryan Shaw.
