The tipping point in innovation: Where are law firms going wrong?

The Lawyer Business Leadership Summit speakers Adam Smith, Esq president Bruce MacEwen and Overture strategy director Mark Brandon talk about law firm strategies, the ‘tipping point’ in the legal market and what law firms are doing wrong.

Innovation and law firm strategy were two of the topics at the top of the agenda for The Lawyer’s Business Leadership Summit earlier this year.

During his session at the two-day conference, MacEwen discussed the decisions that law firms take today and how they affect business in the future. In this video, MacEwen talks about the two fatal mistakes that law firms can make in their strategies.

Will there be a tipping point in the industry that provokes the seismic change in law firms? Panellist and The Lawyer columnist Brandon argues that the long-awaited seismic change in the market will not happen through external threats or the introduction of new business models.
