Together with the German-Macedonian Chamber of Commerce, the Skopje team of Karanović & Nikolić hosted a well-attended tax event focused on tax regulations which were recently introduced in Macedonia.
Tanja Unguran , Head of Karanović & Nikolić Tax Department, along with Ljupka Noveska and Leonid Ristev, both attorneys at law working in co-operation with Karanović & Nikolić in Skopje, discussed changes to the corporate income tax law and how these changes are being implemented in practice.
They also discussed the tax avoidance and the transfer of financial losses borne by profit provisions under the new regulations.
The presentation was followed by a fruitful discussion and questions for the panelists and ended with a networking lunch at Restaurant Vodenica-Mulino .
