Schoenherr has advised the Alpiq Group, a leading Swiss energy services provider and electricity producer (“Alpiq”) on the sale of its industrial business to the French building company Bouygues Construction, which is taking over InTec and Kraftanlagen group for a purchase price of CHF 850m (EUR 725m).
