Rowe & Maw advised on the sale of two home counties shopping centres for u39m. The Quadrant shopping centre in Dunstable and the Kingsland shopping centre in Dalston were sold by the Phillips & Drew Property Partnership to the Charterhouse Shopping Centre Fund for u26m and u13m respectively. Ian Thomas, property partner at Rowe & Maw, acted for Phillips & Drew on the Dunstable sale and for Charterhouse on the Dalston purchase. Olswang partners Martin Needham (property) and Geoffrey Searle (planning) acted for the counterparty on each deal.
