Heads of departments
Alessio is the founder of PWP. He holds an LLB (University of Milan) and a LLM in Corporate and Financial Services (National University of Singapore). Alessio has been involved in numerous sophisticated transactions in Myanmar. His clients include multinationals, leading private equity funds, local conglomerates and prominent international law firms.
Wint is a name partner of PWP. She holds an LLB (University of Yangon) and Diploma in Business Law (University of Yangon). She was admitted as a member of the Yangon Bar Association in 2001. She has more than 12 years' experience in corporate and commercial matters gained in both the public and private sectors in Myanmar. In addition, she is currently involved in corporate, real estate and litigation.
Karina is a partner of PWP. She holds an LLB (Hons) degree from the University of Leeds and a Graduate Diploma in Singapore Law from the National University of Singapore. She is considered the most experienced legal advisor in Myanmar in major infrastructures in energy and airport constructions. She covers energy, infrastructure and project finance, banking and finance transactions.
Sebastian is a partner of PWP and the head of the Japanese desk. He has a bachelor of law degree from Munich University in Germany, a master of law degree from Kyushu University in Japan and has passed the German tax advisor exam. He is involved in corporate, tax, transport and logistics.
