Personal injury (PI) and clinical negligence firm Pattinson & Brewer is being sued for negligence by a brain damaged former electrician.
Raymond Black is suing the firm for more than £440,000. Black suffered brain damage, as well as facial and back injuries, which were allegedly the result of a ladder collapsing underneath him, causing him to fall 12 feet, while working for Brown & Root Ealing Technical Services in 1995.
Black, represented by PI specialists Rollingsons, is claiming that Pattinson & Brewer failed to take effective steps to pursue his claim in 1998, resulting in it being struck out in 2001.
Rollingsons partner Ian Latimer declined to comment, while Pattinson & Brewer was unavailable for comment.
