Paris’s Darrois Villey hires from Links, Skadden and bench

Corporate lawyer Bertrand Cardi joins from the Paris office of Linklaters, bringing with him two senior associates, while public lawyer Henri Savoie joins from Skadden.

Christophe Ingrain, a judge who was recently admitted to the bar, worked at the Ministry of Justice as head of the office of international cooperation on criminal matters, before serving as technical advisor for legal matters to the French President. He will focus on litigation.

Senior partner Jean-Michel Darrois said: “We’re delighted that Bertrand Cardi, Christophe Ingrain and Henri Savoie have decided to join our firm.

“It marks an important step in the evolution of our firm and demonstrates our determination and ability to continue to attract the most talented lawyers to reinforce our existing teams and capabilities in the firm’s principal practice areas: corporate law, major domestic and international M&A and financial transactions and complex litigation.”
