South Coast firm Paris Smith & Randall has advised on the £22m acquisition of Hazard Management Solutions (HMS), a UK company specialising in terrorist threat advice to global clients.
The company was bought by Vanguard Response Systems, part of the international counter-terrorist equipment systems provider Allen-Vanguard Corporation, which was advised by Reading firm Morgan Cole.
The Paris Smith & Randall team was made up of company commercial head Douglas Cooper and associate Jonathan Roy with input from the property and employment practices.
Paris Smith has acted for HMS since it was established five years ago.
