Richard Bamforth

Richard Bamforth, Partner- Litigation & Arbitration, CMS

Richard Bamforth is a Partner in the Litigation and Arbitration Group at CMS, London. In his 30 year career, he has specialised in international commercial arbitration, commercial litigation and alternative dispute resolution, with a focus on cross border disputes in the media, banking, finance, insolvency, energy and telecommunications sectors. He represents clients in arbitrations conducted under all the major institutional rules (ICC, LCIA, UNCITRAL) and in ad hoc arbitrations. He also sits as an arbitrator (as sole arbitrator and as a member of tribunals), appointed directly by parties and by the arbitral institutions, and is accredited as a mediator by the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR).

 

Stéphanie Hamon

Stéphanie Hamon, Head of Legal Operations Consulting, Norton Rose Fulbright

Stephanie Hamon is the Head of Legal Operations Consulting at Norton Rose Fulbright, a new and unique offering to our clients. She was formerly Managing Director, Head of External Engagement, Legal for Barclays. She has extensive experience of both setting and delivering commercial management strategies for in-house legal departments as well as broader legal operations strategies and implementation. Stéphanie Hamon led the Barclays team that was named “Legal operations team of the year” at the 2019 UK Legal 500 Awards.

 

Jonathan Patterson

Jonathan Patterson, Managing Director, DWF Ventures Ltd

Jonathan is known for innovation in the business of law with particular expertise in creativity and design. He is the Managing Director of DWF Ventures, the arms-length research and development company that is part of DWF Group PLC.
