Ogier has advised international environmental, water and waste management group Suez on its US$3.4 billion acquisition of GE’s industrial water business.
Ogier partner Ray Wearmouth led the Ogier team, which included senior associates Rebecca Clark, Marie-Claire Fudge and partner Michael Killourhy, and advised Suez on the BVI law aspects of the acquisition.
Ogier advised on the matter from both its BVI and Jersey office locations, offering a seamless service despite the disruption caused by Hurricane Irma and Hurricane Maria in the BVI.
