Ogier remains the market leader for listings on The International Stock Exchange, quarterly figures have confirmed.
As of 30 September, Ogier was the listing agent for just over a quarter of all listed securities on the exchange, with leading market shares in Chapter 8 listings for bonds and SPVs.
Since the start of 2017, the firm has sponsored the listing of 99 securities and advised 75 separate issuers. Statistics from TISE show that Ogier has an overall leading market share in securities (25.5% of the total listed) and bonds and SPVs (29.6% of the total).
