Pinsent Masons, Newcastle’s Ward Hadaway and Scots firm McGrigors have landed spots on the new-look legal panel for regional development body One North East while Eversheds and local firms Dickinson Dees and Robert Muckle have retained their places.
The new panel is split into six distinct groups: corporate, employment and regulatory, IP, tourism, property, and EU and state-aid.
Pinsents will advise One North East on property, corporate and regulatory questions, while McGrigors will provide assistance on EU and state aid. Ward Hadaway will advise the body on corporate, regulatory, employment, IP and tourism matters.
Also new on the panel is Robson Palmer, a two-partner firm based in the South Shields area of the city that will give advice on corporate, property and regulatory questions.
Dickinson Dees, which has given One North East advice on corporate, commercial tourism and European matters since 2000, has added EU and state aid issues to its roster.
Eversheds will continue to offer the property and planning panel advice it has given since 2000, and will now also advise on corporate matters and European law.
