No5 Chambers barrister in green belt appeal

The Court of Appeal has handed down judgment in Gedling BC v Timmins.  

This is a green belt policy case that casts some doubt, but reaches no definitive conclusion, on earlier decisions that said development that is not inappropriate in the green belt is confined to the descriptions in paragraphs 89 and 90 of the Framework.
