John Larkin has been elected to the role of Chairman of the Firm.
John Larkin joined William Fry in 1990, was appointed a Partner in 1993 and became the Head of the Firm’s Insurance & Reinsurance Department in 1997. His practice focuses on portfolio transfers, restructurings and other insurance and reinsurance based transactions, as well as regulatory investigations. He also advises insurance and reinsurance companies that are establishing in Ireland and on cross-border issues.
During his tenure as Chairman, John will maintain his client work and will continue to lead the Insurance & Reinsurance Department.
John assumes the role of Chairman from Alvin Price who has been the Firms’ Chairman since 2009.
