The “3 pieces of advice” series is a collection of brief 5-minute slots created as a platform for legal professionals to share work and life advice with their peers.

In this latest video,  EY global head of tech law Richard Goold shares his 3 pieces of advice for in-house teams of fast growth companies: “On the capital agenda, fast growth companies go through these rapids rounds of finance, sometimes raising capital every 6, 12 or 18 months. That means the business needs to be in an almost constant state of transaction readiness.”
