Nick advises on complex IP transactions and has acted on a series of high-profile patent and trade mark disputes from the IPEC through to the Supreme Court. He advises clients in a range of sectors including automotive, aerospace, energy, construction, tech and FMCG and has gained experience on secondment at Mondelez International, Williams F1 and Lotus.
