About Nick:
Nick advises on complex IP transactions and has acted on a series of high-profile patent and trade mark disputes from the IPEC through to the Supreme Court. He advises clients in a range of sectors including automotive, aerospace, energy, construction, tech and FMCG and has gained experience on secondment at Mondelez International, Williams F1 and Lotus.
Nick is heavily engaged on the sustainability agenda, working on new sustainable technologies including hydrogen generation, cutting-edge electric vehicles and super-fast charging. He has been working closely with the Midlands Engine on its Green Growth Conversation, speaking at events and developing strategy.
