The “3 pieces of advice” series was born in 2019 as part of our annual event for in-house lawyers. The brief 5-minute slots were created as a platform for attendees to volunteer to share work and life advice with their fellow peers.

The immense popularity of these short, personal messages has led us to design a new platform for sharing this advice with the wider in-house legal community. For the next month we will be uploading regular videos from the Financial Services world: while physical events and face-to-face networking might not be possible right now, getting together as a community and sharing advice can still be achieved.

Our second video in the series features Alphaswap General Counsel Ehsan Haque, who draws on his career experience so far to talk about the importance of communication, why mentoring can be so rewarding and the importance of being curious about yourself and what you really enjoy doing.
