Bhavisha is General Counsel and Company Secretary of pharmaceutical group Mawdsleys. Prior to that she was General Counsel and Company Secretary of ecommerce fashion brand Missguided. She is also Chair of the In-house Division Committee of The Law Society of England and Wales. In her roles Bhavisha has gained an insight into what is required to be a successful in-house lawyer and has been championing importance of soft skills for such purpose.
