A multidisciplinary team of lawyers from Walker Morris has advised the shareholders of 3V Group on the sale of a majority shareholding to Northern Irish consumer goods company, SHS Group.
Headquartered in Hampshire, 3V Group owns the Meridian and Rocks brands. Meridian is a leading brand of nut butter in the UK and Ireland and has led the continuing growth of nut butter and nut based products as healthy eating options. Rocks has grown to become one of the leading brands of organic squash in the UK.
SHS Group owns premium branded products such as Shloer, Bottlegreen, WKD and Merrydown Cider and is one of the leading suppliers of own label herbs and spices in the UK. SHS also distributes over 100 FMCG brands in the UK and Republic of Ireland.
