Vicky is the Director – Operations and the Interim General Counsel at Entrepreneur First, a global organisation with the aim of enabling the world’s most ambitious people to build the most important companies. Before joining EF, Vicky spent 8 years at Centrica, joining as Legal Counsel for Renewables and then becoming Head of Legal for Centrica’s Power Generation business; Legal Director for Centrica’s Group Corporate Legal team; and finally Associate General Counsel with responsibility for Corporate Legal and Group Ethics & Compliance. Vicky is passionate about responsible leadership and advancing diversity & inclusion within the legal profession.
