Stephanie is the General Counsel at Metro Bank PLC and is responsible for the Legal and Company Secretariat functions. Prior to Metro Bank, Stephanie led the legal team at RateSetter, a fintech lending platform, having joined the team as a regulatory expert. Before RateSetter, Stephanie spent several years in private practice as a regulatory financial services lawyer at Hogan Lovells International LLP.
