Sarah Walker is Vice President, Deputy General Counsel of Aon, a leading global professional services firm providing a broad range of risk transfer, health and retirement solutions. In 2019 Aon reported total revenue of $11 billion and currently employs 50,000 people in 120 countries.

Sarah is responsible for providing and managing the commercial legal support for all Aon’s business solution lines, through her management and coordination of the Law Department’s commercial lawyers in each region of the globe. Sarah is also the Co-Chair of Aon’s Global Risk Committee, which is part of Aon’s Enterprise Risk Management Framework to identify and manage key risks.

Sarah is excited about Aon’s pending merger with Willis Towers Watson for £22.5 billion, which was announced in March of this year. She holds a leading role on the integration management team.

Before joining Aon in January 2010, Sarah spent seven years performing international business lead counsel positions for Motorola.
