Commercially and technically focused generalist advisor to a variety of business units across a range of practice areas: dispute resolution, IP and sponsorship, commercial contracts, competition, compliance, advertising and content, CSR and reputation, IT, e-commerce, digital and privacy.

Head of the Legal Operations & Innovation function. Responsible for the strategy behind and implementation of remodelling the legal department: remit of services delivered vs outsourced; specialisms within the team and resource allocation; contract automation, CLM and other lawtech solutions; developing self-service tools for the business; knowledge management; business training program; enhancing stakeholder management and business partnering; setting the team vision and KPIs; and delivering legal services more effectively and efficiently.

Board Advisor to the UKI Board Members to inject expertise and best practice particularly in relation to Corporate Governance requirements.
