Pets at Home GroupHead of Legal

Robyn Sandilands joined Pets at Home PLC in January 2019 and is Head of Legal. The Group is a unique pet care business who operate 453 stores, 316 grooming salons and 441 Veterinary Practices (each a separate limited company) of which 395 are Joint Ventures and the remainder are Group managed. Robyn provides legal support across the Group but, together with her team, is the legal lead for the Vet Group working as a commercial and technical generalist advisor. Robyn is part of the Executive Team and provides regular input and governance support to the Executive team and is increasingly involved in strategic planning and change and project management.

Prior to working for Pets at Home, Robyn worked as a litigator for ten years both at Vodafone and in Private Practice but diversified her experience to take on a more senior role. Robyn enjoys training others and undertakes public speaking and coaching when she can. She has undertaken courses in Leadership and Project Management and is a certified Mental Health First Aider.

Robyn enjoys Pilates and cooking but spends most of her spare time with her two sons (8 and 6).
