Polly joined Ultimate five years ago from private practice where she specialised in financial services litigation. She is a member of Ultimate’s Executive team and has overall responsibility for the strategic focus of the Legal and Compliance team. As well as having responsibility for all legal matters affecting the Group, she manages the day to day operational legal work and compliance function, where she is committed to ensuring the team provides straightforward and pragmatic advice to meet the business’ and clients needs.
