Nicola is a highly skilled legal operations professional with over 16 years’ experience in successfully delivering organisational change projects. She joined KPMG from Travers Smith to launch a new service, Legal Operations & Transformation Services (LOTS) in the UK. Nicola and her team work with General Counsel and in-house legal teams to reimagine and redesign legal service delivery, to maximise cost efficiencies, manage risk, optimise operations and position teams as strategic and valuable partners. KPMG’s Legal Operations & Transformation Service is a team of individuals with deep legal and operational insight – legal operations professionals, lawyers, technologists, management and risk consultants that bring a truly multi-disciplinary approach to clients.
