DLA PiperHead of Customer Engagement

I am a senior manager, and a member of the IT Leadership team for the IT department of DLA Piper International LLP. I am based in the Manchester office.

I have been involved as a contributing member of LTC4 for 5 years, and have embedded LTC4 into the core of DLA Piper’s firm-wide technology learning strategy. I have held a number of positions at DLA Piper, including: Continental European service manager; IT Learning manager; Customer experience manager.

I have spent the last 20 years in the Legal Industry, all of which have been at DLA Piper, but with wonderful support from my peers in other firms. Previous to this, I was an IT project manager for a small family run IT firm.

I am passionate about effective altruism, and interested in: behavioural economics; rugby; sailing; family (first and always the most).
