Mark Wheeler Joined BLM in 2003 from the telecoms industry. The growth in customer reporting requirements within the Legal / Insurance Litigation marketplace since that point means he now leads a team of over 20 people supporting both internal and external customers firm-wide.

This experience of a broad array of customer requirements has led to several projects working directly with customers to help design and facilitate bespoke solutions and assistance with Direct Data Exchange between customer and firm systems.

Wheeler has been fundamental to the development of more technical and system based solutions to capture, process and present data. Most recently sponsoring and championing: the development of a generic MI data set within BLM’s CMS system; an online customer-facing dashboard; and the internal lawyer dashboard solution.
