Luis is a Director of the Future Fund at the British Business Bank, the UK Government’s development bank for small business finance. He originally joined the Bank as a senior in-house lawyer. In 2020, Luis moved into his current business role to set up and manage the Future Fund, a government-funded portfolio of c.1200 investments in early-stage UK companies. During his time at the Bank, Luis has built and managed legal and commercial teams, and has both delivered and received in-house legal support.
