Meet Louise Bloomfield of DAC Beachcroft, a legal luminary juggling multiple roles with flair. Leading the employment division in the Leeds office, Bloomfield has spearheaded remarkable growth, now overseeing a team of 22 lawyers and admin staff. Recent accomplishments include acquiring new insurer and corporate clients, advising well-known high street brands, and helping to secure the Sainsbury’s equal pay work.
In March 2023, Bloomfield pivoted from her employment role to head the Leeds office. Overseeing book clubs and a litter-picking team, her vision is to foster harmony in the workplace, which was surely needed after the office welcomed eight lawyers from Plexus following the mighty collapse of Axiom Ince over the summer.
Looking to 2024, Bloomfield aims for continued sector growth, enhanced workplace environment, and increased recognition for the Leeds office on both local and national fronts. With a track record of success, she is well-poised for the job.
