James Morgan is a Managing Director and General Counsel for EMEA at MUFG. He is a Board-level and C-suite leader with twenty years’ experience as a financial services lawyer. James has been with MUFG since 2012 and manages a team of 80 lawyers across ten countries.
James started his career at Slaughter and May as a banking and finance lawyer and subsequently worked in senior in-house positions at various other financial institutions.
James holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Bristol University and is currently undertaking a Master of Science in Artificial Intelligence. James has authored a number of journal articles, most recently on the use of predictive analytics.
