David Pollitt is a Managing Partner of international law firm DAC Beachcroft LLP, leads the firm in realising its strategy, which is focused on helping clients and colleagues succeed by creating sustainable value.

David also chairs the firm’s Executive Board, which takes overall responsibility for the Group, including establishing its culture, values, ethics and standards, while managing and mitigating risk.

Previously head of the firm’s market-leading Insurance sector, David has acted on some of the most significant international insurance litigation and multi-jurisdictional disputes of the last two decades.
