Entries for this category should focus on one standout corporate transaction completed between January 2023 and the present time. We are looking for excellence in one of the following fields: IPOs (main list or AIM), public or private M&A, private equity, venture capital or corporate reorganisations. Entries are welcomed from both domestic and cross-border work. Multiple entries from one firm are acceptable.
