Sky now has four trainees in-house and Hanlon has been pioneering the best experience possible to showcase what in-housers are capable of when it comes to training their own workforce, as well as taking on the responsibility to diversify the pipeline of talent into law. He has been flying the flag for finding effective ways to build purposeful connection between people by retaining strong flexibility of hybrid working while also making sure that building personal relationships beyond transactional ones remains a priority.
