Ainslie has particular experience of managing and defending high-value and high-profile litigation and class-actions, gained over many years in both private practice and in-house, and has held key positions on some of the largest matters before the English Courts in recent years.
In her current role, Ainslie manages high profile competition claims brought against the Volvo Group in the ‘Trucks Cartel Litigation’ in multiple jurisdictions around Europe.
