COVID-19 has led to a period of uncertainty for people, on a personal level and professional level. Lawyers in particular tend to be perfectionists and overachievers; their job is to sort out issues and control problems. This workshop will therefore focus on our illusion of control and how we can equip ourselves to cope mentally in times of uncertainty.
