According to the “Legal Department in a Digital Era” report by Wolters Kluwer, almost half of the legal departments across Europe (47%) have started implementing a digital strategy. However, there’s a disconnect between the need for a digital strategy and the likelihood of developing a clear plan, with almost two-thirds of legal departments having indicated that their digital strategy is not driven by a plan with specific dates and milestones.
