Track 2: Data in the context of disclosure

With the proliferation of the means of communication used across organisations, the complexity of disclosure has grown. This session will consider the following:

  • What disclosure considerations do in-house teams need to be aware of?
  • What’s come out of the disclosure pilot?
  • Data storage and formatting: how can inhouse teams transfer large volumes of raw data into something more manageable for disclosure?
  • What does the proliferation and explosion of different means of communications mean for disclosure and litigation? What data can you have access to (e.g. Whatsapp)?
