Changing the way we work, starting with the where

Given the swift and somewhat seamless move from the office to working from home and a realisation that teams can get offshore commoditised work (and the fact that no one likes the morning commute), should we now be re-evaluating the necessity for office space?

  • Have teams considered the change to recruitment and how teams will work together going forward?
  • What work needs people to be physically in the same place and how does that translate into employment contracts?
  • What does this mean for legal teams? Can teams now broaden out where they hire their expert lawyers from if the job is no longer office based?

Will there be changes in employment law that legal teams will have to familiarise themselves with?
