Revealed: The scale of sexual harassment in law

Forty-two per cent of women working in law firms have been subjected to sexual harassment, with nearly half of the most recent occurrences taking place within the last year, new research by The Lawyer has revealed.

In the largest survey of the profession yet since the Harvey Weinstein revelations and emergence of the #MeToo movement, 1,000 lawyers and business services staff working in UK top 100 firms responded to wide-ranging questions on sexual harassment and attitudes to gender in law.
